The ELI Beamlines Facility is a leading laser research centre and part of Extreme Light Infrastructure ERIC, actively developing partnership with Taiwan's academia and industry recently. ELI ERIC Delegations visit TIRI with Prof. Jeng-Ywan Jeng from the Mechnical Engineering of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology on September 6. Both the Delations and TIRI make impressive introduction presentation and exchange valuable information about possible collaborative genre. A lab tour on TIRI's R&D capabilities and customized services related to semiconductor industry and instrumentation in vacuum technology and optics is followed. Both sides have exchanged important information and look forward to develop future collaboration.
